What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If there are any defects in the goods, please inform us. If you need further modifications, you can send the product back to us at your own expense. We will be glad to make satisfactory alterations for you and send it back to you free of charge. However, as each piece is custom-made and the master has devoted a great deal of time and effort to creating unique portraits, we do not accept returns for specific products.
What is the creation time?

It depends on the different styles and sizes and materials. Usually 3~4 weeks.
How much does shipping cost?

We provide free worldwide delivery service! Free shipping is about 15 days, and you can choose expedited service, which is about 7 days!
Can I print more than one pet on a product?

It depends on the kinds of product. For example, you can print multiple pets on the photo album, but only one pet's image can be used in the full body clone and ornament.
Can I see the pre-fabricated image of the product before it is finally produced?

Of crouse! For some customized products, we will use emai to send the pre-fabricated image to you. For most products, you can make three modifications before they are completed. We will do our best to provide you with a work that meets your satisfaction.
Do you only design cat or dog products?

Of course not! We offer customized products for all kinds of pets. As long as you like, you can have your hamster plush clone custom-made as big as your dog!
